Having problems with my samsung a15 because the APN names are not sticking to my phone. This is causing me not to be able to use my US Mobile network for over 2 months. I've been told we are waiting for Samsung to make a software update. When will this occur?
My phone has a similar problem and I asked Samsung to fix the issue caused by the software update. The response I received was to bring the phone to the authorized service center. They seem don't understand that the phone (hardware) doesn't have problems. The software problems can only be fixed by Samsung's software developer. I'm very disappointed with Samsung.
