I have been using my Samsung galaxy A71 (SM_A715F) since year 2021 without issues. However, in the last few days, it is either I cannot hear callers on phone calls or they cannot hear me on phone call. The issue gets resolved briefly if I restart my phone. After sometime, the problem will come back again. I really need help.
Is it only when you use the speaker or phone to ear? Have you tried via bluetooth with earbuds or headphones? If so, were the results the same. If headphones or buds work, I would suggest using that for the time being, as the phone is out of warranty, it would probably cost more to diagnose and repair than it would to buy a new phone. If a new phone is not in the cards right now, this may be your most economical solution, as earbuds/headphones are much cheaper than a new device.
