Eye comfort shield prevents screen timeout

Just tested on xcover 7, 

I had issues with screen not going black after 15 sec, tried the "reommended " solution and nothing worked. 

Can someone investigate while if the "eye comfort shield" it's "always on" the screen will also be "always on".

Same problem with my Galaxy xcover 7 - the screen timeout does not work if the Eye comfort shield is on 😮
