If anyone is having this multiple undelete able repetitive contacts in Google messages problem I finally learned how to solve it. You have to goto settings search for Apps goto Apps click on Google Messages, scroll down to the Messages app icon make sure it's the Google Messages since Samsung Messages looks almost exactly the same, scroll down and click on storage then click clear cache first the clear data next. Afterwards you'll have to re login to the app and reset ur personalized settings but all those ghost contacts will finally be gone. This was crazy forever for me to find out.
