my Samsung A53 5G crashes ALOT, and i mean it crashes after 2 minutes after starting. and then when it tries to restart itself it crashes and goes into a bootloop. after 20+ minutes of it going into a bootloop it starts up again and is very laggy and slow, and crashes after 2 minutes. ive already bought another A53 5G, bc in every other way i like the phone, and i havent found anybody else having this problem, so probably a freak accident. but i would really like to get to my photos and videos (basically copying the entire device to my harddrive) from the different apps i use. cause google photos and samsung backup haven't backed them all up
