Can't login to my Samsung account on my TV

When I try to login to my account, my user ID is a comcast.net email address. After I  enter my user ID, it doesn't recognize that I've completed the entry and won't let me skip to the password entry.

I'm sorry to hear that. Could you verify the model number for your TV? Also, are you receiving any error messages when trying to proceed? Lastly, have you tried connecting a mobile device to the TV using the SmartThings app to login into your account?

Model number is UN55KU700D. There are no error messages. After entering my user ID, the "Done" option is still grayed out and not selectable. I'll try using Smart Things to connect my Samsung tablet and see if I can login. Thanks for the suggestion.
