Projectors & Other TVsWhen I try to login to my account, my user ID is a comcast.net email address. After I enter my user ID, it doesn't recognize that I've completed the entry and won't let me skip to the password entry.

Projectors & Other TVsI'm sorry to hear that. Could you verify the model number for your TV? Also, are you receiving any error messages when trying to proceed? Lastly, have you tried connecting a mobile device to the TV using the SmartThings app to login into your account?
