We have been struggling with Samsung plus tv . This is horrible and totally inappropriate. We cannot get out of “I survived “ and it’s sexual and scary and horrific for young kids to watch . We have tried all the
help suggestions and when trying to exit or change the app or channel this horrible show keeps coming on . Please let us know how to remove this Samsung plus nightmare app. We have tried things in posts . We
want
to return it and never buy a Samsung again it’s been weeks !!
Samsung sent a new remote control. Problem solved. I was amazed that the problem was fixed by the remote!! Very happy. Support gentleman was wonderful. Thanks for the help.
