Hospitality mode in Crystal UHD TV

I recently received a Samsung Crystal UHD TV as gift. TV seems to be in hospitality mode and asked for things like room no/organisation name. 

There are no apps at all.

Almost all settings is greyed out and can't be used. 

Is there any way to bring it back to normal consumer TV rather than Hotel TV??

@DrDevil You're TV has features that have been disabled in "The Secret Factory Service" Menu. I cannot provide you with additional information or troubleshooting steps. You're TV was designed for the Hotel/Entertainment Industry.

That's why many of the features are Grayed Out

1. Press "The Home" Button on your Samsung Television Remote
2. Scroll over to the "Settings" Tab
3. Press "Up" on your Samsung Television Remote
4. Tab over to "Sound Output" Make sure sound is set to TV Speaker
5. While the on "TV Sound Output"
6. Press in quick succession "Mute, Up, Down, Ok, Mute"

In the Top Left Corner of your Samsung Televison Screen. You will see a Blue Menu Pop Up

Hospitality Mode will be highlighted Press -> and Hospitality Mode will Turn OFF
Press the Power Button on your Samsung Television Remote to Turn Off the Television

You should now have full access to control your Samsung Television

I successfully completed those 5 steps and got that blue menu and Hospitality Mode was highlighted.

upon Pressing ->, only two option was there, 

  1. standalone
  2. interactive

There was no option to turn off hospitality mode.

please help

Picked standalone option

1. Some settings are unlocked but not all

2. still no apps available for download in app store.

1. On your Samsung Television Remote Press "Settngs
2. Tab down to "General" Tab
3. Scroll down to "Reset"

This will factory reset your Samsung Television. Hospitality Mode Will Remain OFF. Run through the setup of your Samsung Television. When prompted enter your Samsung Account Credentials. Let me know when you have completed the setup of your Samsung Television.

There is no reset option in general tab in settings

there are only 6 options

  1. accessibility
  2. Network (greyed out)
  3. system manager
  4. external device manager
  5. power and energy saving
  6. Smart Features (Greyed out)

also i had reset the tv many times using blue menu. didn't work

I talked to service center people, They said there is no way to make it a normal TV because TV was produced as commercial TV.

They suggested to use Chromecast or firestick 🥲
