My new Samsung tv was working fine and now it gives me an error message saying ' no Samsung tv plus channels available at this time. Try again later'. I can get a few channels but the rest wont load.
Thank you. I think this may be the problem. We have bad wifi right now. Just bought some extenders, I think it helped. ( cant check right now cause someone's staying in there)
I have the 2018 32in Samsung TV in the SAME room as my router. I do NOT have any weak signals. My phones have no problems, but the TV PLUS channels occasionally go off with the stupid disconnect message. I wait and after 30 secs to 1 minute or more, it comes back automatically, BUT oftentimes, I miss when someone is making an important point, or a big scene of a movie, or, especially, who won a game on the BUZZR game channel.
Sad, because I have recommended Samsung TVs to others.
