Samsung Support Reps Please Help. My UN65AU8000FXZA Smart TV is glowing and feels really hot on the lower left bottom corner of the screen. It gets extremely hot after only a couple of hours of watching tv. So hot, it burns your hand if you touch it. I am honestly afraid that it is going to start a fire and burn my house down. This is a fire waiting to happen. I am afraid to use this TV as the heat makes it feel very unsafe. Additionally the right half of the TV screen seems dimmer.
I have noticed many other people in the US and EU reporting exactly the same issue with several different models.
I purchased this TV on January 4, 2022 and have used it moderately, not overused or ever used to an extreme number of hours at a time.
The model is the Samsung - 65" Class 8000 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV - UN65AU8000FXZA
I have 3 other Samsung TVs in my home, some much older, and have not had this problem with them.
Please help, I don't want my house to burn down from watching TV.
