Samsung tv not connecting to internet

My tv will not connect to the server . I have tried everything . My internet is not down because I have another tv in the bed room and it’s fine !

@Mmbrrr38 Some more details would help us provide suggestions. Does your TV recognize the Wifi network? If it does, what error message are you getting when you try to connect?

@Mmbrrr38 So the problem isn't that you can't connect to the wifi, it is that you can't enter the characters for the password?

What is the model # of your TV?

It does but when I try to comment it Durant and when it says enter password it want show the character to put them in

It won't show the characters that you are typing in? It won't show a keyboard to enter the characters?

Yes that’s right it will not pull up the keyboard
