I am trying to get a refund and they do the refunds through Citi bank they told me to call Citi bank and they knew nothing about it. I have an account # for Citi bank they said it’s made up and have no clue what I’m talking about. I think this is a scam and needs to be investigated by law enforcement or the BBB.

Report the charge to your bank.. Let them know that the company won't refund your balance.. Legally they're supposed to unless it was stated "No Refunds".
