TV Plus guide "No Information"

This past week, every channel on TV Plus shows "No information" in the guide. The channels work fine but the guide is useless.

Has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

Hello! I understand how this can be frustrating with your TV guide not working,  have you tried unplugging your TV for a few minutes and replugging your TV back up it can help reset the guide but it will take up to 30mins to show, also you can try resetting your smart hub that we reset your internet settings.

Do you have an internet connection or cable, or digital antenna, or both? Ensure that you're channel list is filtered to All Channels.

Check your cable and wi-fi connections.

I have a wired connection. I should have mentioned that the problem started suddenly. The guide had worked perfectly since day 1.

After several reboots and manually assigning (and unassigning) DNS server, the guide is functioning once again.
