TV shows white, washed out screen

I have a UN65NU7100 that's just under 2 years old. Turned it on today and the picture is all washed out with weird color distortions. Turning it off and back on again doesn't fix it. Resetting the TV doesn't fix it. Messing with different settings doesn't fix it. What's going on and how can I fix it??

Does this happen on all sources including the picture test?

Yes, all sources. 

It's been a month now, and it goes in and out. Sometimes I turn on the TV and it's like this. Sometimes, it's not.
