Projectors & Other TVsI have three Samsung Smart TVs, one as new as 2022. All of a sudden they will not display the apps (e.g. Prime, Netflix...). Each time I try to launch an app I get the message that I must agree to the T&Cs via a setup button. The T&Cs will not download.
I have read the previous posts on this issue. I have reset the TVs, reset my network, on the phone with Samsung support for hours. Changed the DNS. Called my ISP. Even had a friend come in a analyze my network. To no avail! I can't think of anything else to do and neither can Samsung support.

Projectors & Other TVsAre these the steps you have used to Factory Reset your TV?

After you Factory Reset your TV, you should have the option to sign in with another Samsung Account. If you are not seeing this option you need to contact Customer Support so they can assist you further.

Projectors & Other TVsIt's an interesting situation—if no TVs can run apps, it suggests a common underlying issue. Try activating a hotspot on your phone, connect your TV to it, and check if the apps start working. In many cases, Samsung's IP servers may be blacklisted, preventing proper functionality.

Projectors & Other TVsThank you for the response. Yes I tried getting past the T&C's download via a hotspot but same reaction. Stuck on T&C's with message "unable to connect to server" or sometimes "server under maintenance" . I too believe it is a Samsung server/DNS issue but they don't seem to want to go in that direction.

Projectors & Other TVsFilled out the profile info and see the suggested solution. Couple things mentioned in the thread:
Download SmartThings - I can't until I accept the T&Cs
Reset to Factory - I did
Sign into Account with new email address - I can't, the Account option is grayed out
Change the DNS - I did, several times
If I had to guess, there is something wrong on Samsung's side given I keep getting "Server down for maintenance" when trying to download T&Cs.
