Unable to stretch screen on CU7000D

I hooked up my new tv today and everything is working fine. The thing I can't figure out is how to make programs playing in a 4:3 resolution strech to fit the screen. The source is a chromecast. I was able to do this on my Vizio TV by hitting the pic button on the remote then hitting stretch. I can't find a similar option on the remote that came with this TV.

The content must allow it and if it does press menu then settings then go to picture settings then go to picture size settings then click picture size Custom Now you can use zoom and position. You also can change picture size here from 4.3 to 16.9 ect
