Ive tried the down button on the samsung plus tv app and deleted the channels and it is still just playing one channel. Now remote will not even allow access to home screen or source to select anything else. Stuck on a horrible channel. Have unplugged tv many times with the tv to auto turn on every time i plug it back in.
If the remote connects reset the tv in settings screen. If the remote don't connect hold play/pause And back button for 3 secs and it will repair with the tv. Make sure the tv is on when you do this. If this works please mark this reply as solution so the next person can find the answer
