ua48j6300 TV service menu error selection missing around

I was missing around in my TV service menu and made a change that made the TV only work for streaming and flash drive 

all the menus are gone no HDMI port is accessable 

the remote only powers on and off  no other button is functional even the red indicator on the screen is blinking 

can't access the service menu anymore 

when I power on the TV the red light flashes 3 times and stopsthis is when I insert a drivesometimes this paper for dex
