My frame tv is doing the same thing. It has been turning on randomly, sometimes in the middle of the night other times middle of the day! Samsung needs to fix this yesterday!
UGH exact same problem! I didn't pay +$750 for a TV to watch Samsung Plus TV! I even deleted the app - now it just switches to the next one. Sleep > Pretty Picture. Nothing else. Put it back the way it was please.
I have the same Art Mode settings as you guys but somehow my Frame doesn't power on from Art Mode on its own. I'm also on the latest 1503. How often does it happen for you guys?
That's the issue. It's random. Sometimes multiple times a day. Sometimes once or twice a day. Sometimes it works normal for a day or two. There is no rhyme or reason to how its triggered.
Piling on here, but I also have the same problem. Started in the last month or so. Same settings on art mode. Random as to when it happens. Would be great if an update can be pushed to alleviate this.
Mine is doing it too. I thought it was random as well. But I see now that it's tied to the "Sleep After" time. When I set it to 5 minutes, the TV pops itself from art mode to samsung TV plus in 5 minutes.
I have the exact same problem. It's the 1503 that's the cause of it. Immediately after installing that version the problems began. And it's as you say, sometimes it can work for a few hours and then it jumps back to tv like three times in half an hour. Infuriating.
