QLED and The Frame TVsWhen I first got the Samsung The Frame 65" 2022 model, the Art Mode has a super low brightness: perfect for night time. Months ago the firmware was updated and now the lowest brightness looks super bright, totally looking like a TV and not a painting anymore.
I tried turning off all the sensors and switching the main brightness down in the general settings, but does not work to the Art Mode =/
Very disappointed that the same expensive product used to be perfect and now lost the only deferential of this TV: to look like art due to a bad upgrade.

QLED and The Frame TVsThe most likely cause of "too bright" is that the firmware update turned-off your ambient light sensor, which is needed I believe for Art Mode to work right. Make sure it's turned on and then test it by "shadowing" the sensor with your hand, or alternatively shining a flashlight at it. You should be able to drive the picture darker or brighter.

QLED and The Frame TVsThe "Art Mode" was off under the Art Settings. Now is back to realistic colors and very low brightness at night. Thank you!
