Best color and picture settings for neo qled tv?

I have a 65 inches qn85d tv and use it with intelligent mode with mostly default settings. I chose pictures second from left when adjusting intelligent mode.

Is this a good setting?

What modes and/or adjustments do you use for your tvs?
