UN32J5205AFXZA is a not so smart TV. Google search keeps giving a white page noting to much traffic on hub/ router. Picked a history channel out the app listed. Failed to down load with some numbers, (0310)?
I was looking to get News Nation after I cut back to local channels on the cable service. It appears that I will do with out when the time comes.
Hello sailor2, Welcome to the Samsung Community! It would seem that the error code (0310) indicates a failure to download software to the Smart hub. Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try.
Step 1: Restart Everything
Unplug your TV and router.
Wait 2 minutes.
Plug in the router first, let it fully reconnect.
Then plug in the TV and try the Smart Hub download again.
Step 2: Check Your Internet
On your TV: Go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Network Status.
Try another device (phone/laptop) on the same Wi-Fi to confirm it’s working.
If needed, connect your TV to a mobile hotspot.
Try switching to the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi band if your router supports it.
Step 3: Update Your TV
Go to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now.
If it fails, download the latest firmware from Samsung’s website and install it via USB.
Step 4: Reset Smart Hub
Go to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
