I've been successfully displaying my own photo slideshows for years, but now I get an error when I press the "Display all" button: . "Get Membership": You need a subscription..."
All I'm trying to do is display a slideshow of jpg images which I OWN, imported from USB.
What I've tried so far:

Sign out of SmartThings
-
Disconnect Network
-
Switch off at the plug, wait 10 minutes
-
Ensure all artwork is exact size, normal jpg, no metadata
-
Test with art that worked in the past
Nothing works!

I really hope SocietyGirl's response is true, and that it applies to more than just the EU, but I agree there are multiple contradictions. The following FAQ response to the question "What does the 'Display All' function do in The Frame?" can be found on multiple area Samsung sites around the globe including on the us site (https://www.samsung.com/us/tvs/lifestyle-tvs/the-frame/art-mode/😞
"The 'Display All' function in The Frame puts all your artwork in a slideshow for display. It rotates out the art every minute by default, but you can change the rotation time in your settings. This feature is only available for subscribed members to the Samsung Art Store."
Until I see the change, I'm going to keep up the pressure. I have still not heard a response to my request for written clarification from Samsung. My next step will be to file a complaint with the BBB.

QLED and The Frame TVsWell mine is working again like it did before. Must have been an Update sent? I have version 1661. Hopefully they came to their senses.
