I have the fame TV (QN55LS03D, 2024 Model) and have connected it with 2 frame speakers which sit right behind our couch. We have no sound bar just the TV and the two frame speakers.
I have set up the frame speakers in Q-synphony to be in the correct location. When we play anything on the TV and set it too Q-synphony the frame speakers are working but the volume coming out of them is very low compared to the TV. Is there a way to increase the volume on the frame speakers so we get more of a surround sound effect?
The speakers work very well if we just play music on them or have the sound just come out of them for the TV audio but we want surround sound.
Our frame speakers are - SAMSUNG LS60D Music Frame Smart Speaker with Dolby Atmos Audio, Q-Symphony.

Q-Symphony mode is only compatible with Dolby Atmos sound. If you activate this mode on your TV and the video does not have a Dolby Atmos soundtrack, you will not get surround sound.
Although the SAMSUNG LS60D speakers technically support Q-Symphony, their functionality is very limited. In your system, the speakers and TV can work as a 2.1.2 speaker system, but this is only applicable if you have a Dolby Atmos soundtrack.
The speakers support 2 stereo channels (2.0.CH), and the TV works in 2.0.2CH mode (two channels plus subwoofer). If the sound is played in Dolby Atmos format, turning on Q-Symphony may cause the speakers and TV to be reconfigured. The speakers will output the left and right channels, and the TV will output the center channel and bass.
In your case, the audio is stereo, you turn on Q-Symphony, the TV simply has nothing to output to the speakers, which is why the sound is so quiet.

I have the same setup the user above described. A 2024 Frame TV and two music Frames. Is there no way to individually change the level of each component when in Q symphony. For comparison I have a sonos system in my basement setup and I can go into the sonos app for any content, and just use the volume slider for each individual speaker to set it to my liking. Like the user above mentioned, if we are just watching tv, theres almost zero sound out of the music frames in q symphony. Sometimes I want to adjust manually balance the sound between all speakers so everyone can hear, especially during a sports game etc. In this case I could care less about dolby atmos content and surround setup. If Samsung could do an update and give us individual volume control of each component that would be great. Also for the user above, have you found a way to connect your two music frames over Wi-Fi together, or is it only possible to use Bluetooth and the multi connect when you want use just the two music frames and not Q Symphony?
