QLED and The Frame TVsHi everyone,
I am trying to ascertain whether this FrameTV is installed correct with the no gap wall mount. There is a gap at the top and no gap at the bottom as you can see in the pic. I have checked the installation and it is done as per the instructions. Not sure if the sheer size of this 75 inch TV is causing this imbalance. The wall in the back seems to be straight.
Can anyone confirm?
Thanks.

QLED and The Frame TVsNo gap wall mount does not sit flush with the wall. It needs some gap for heat dissipation. Samsung support confirmed over chat not only above but also that there will no gap at the bottom and a gap at the top,.

QLED and The Frame TVsThe mount is the no-gap wall mount included with the TV. It is too heavy for me to remove completely, but I could tilt it this much for a photo.
