I'm encountering a problem when trying to upload or transfer custom art from my iPhone to my Frame TVs using the SmartThings app. This issue is affecting both my 2021 and 2022 Frame TV models.
The upload process initiates normally, showing the message "Setting image on The Frame..." However, it then fails with the following error: "An error occurred while transferring the data. Please try again."
This is a new issue; the process worked fine previously. My 2019 Frame TV is not affected by this problem.
Is this a known issue with recent updates to the SmartThings app or Frame TV firmware?
