I have a SmartThings hub v3 and it needs to be reset so I can use it, when I perform the procedure unplug, press reset, plug in. The light quickly flashes. Wait 30s light goes solid I let go of the reset and the light goes out. And there isn't any signs of life. Is it broken, am I doing something wrong? SmartThings says it glows purple blue and red or some combination of that.
Also sorry if this is the wrong area but it's the only place in support for SmartThings that seemed sorta relevant
