QLED and The Frame TVsOur Samsung QLED just started giving this error message today (9/8/25).
We live in the U.S., have always lived in the U.S. and this QLED was purchased in the U.S. The error message is indicating that the QLED has shut down as it's not available in this country, which is very strange. Here is a screenshot. It is totally unresponsive after multiple reboots, power off/ons, etc. We can't even get to the main menu. It just switches to live TV.
Error message: The app is not available in your country. It has either been discontinued or is no longer supported.

QLED and The Frame TVsThe error message "The app is not available in your country" on your Samsung QLED TV is most likely due to a mismatch between the TV's configured region and your physical location
. To fix this, you will need to reset your Smart Hub to reconfigure your country settings.
Important: Before you begin, note that resetting your Smart Hub will log you out of all your apps and delete any saved app data. You will need to re-enter your login information and reinstall your apps afterward.
Reset your Smart Hub to change the country
Press the Home button on your remote to open the main menu.
Navigate to Settings.
Go to Support, and then select Self Diagnosis.
Choose Reset Smart Hub.
Enter your TV's PIN. The default PIN is 0000 unless you have changed it.
The TV will start the reset process. After it's complete, a setup screen will appear.
Set a new country and reinstall apps
Proceed through the initial setup screens until you reach the Smart Hub Terms & Conditions page.
Do not accept the terms yet. Instead, press the following buttons in sequence on your remote: Mute, Volume Up, Channel Up, Mute.
Note: For newer "One" remotes, you may need to press VOL, VOL Up, CH Up, VOL.
An "Internet Service Location Setup" screen should now appear. Select your desired country from the list.
Continue with the rest of the on-screen setup. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and sign back into your Samsung account.
After the setup is complete, navigate to the Apps section and reinstall the app you were having trouble with.
Other troubleshooting steps
If the Smart Hub reset does not resolve the issue, try these additional fixes:
Reinstall the app directly. If you can find the app in the app store, try deleting and reinstalling it to clear any corrupted data. From the Apps screen, select the app settings icon, find the app, and choose Delete or Reinstall if available.
Check for software updates. Outdated firmware can cause app compatibility problems. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update to check for and install the latest version.
Perform a soft reset. Press and hold the power button on your remote for about 5 seconds until the TV turns off and on again. This can resolve temporary software issues.
