Have the flagship 75inch neo 8k - there is no apps button on either the tv home or in the smartthing phone app - so cannot add any other apps to the TV
None of the guides online or on official websites are applicable as the menu items on this TV don't exist
Hello! @john33 Thank you for posting about this. Can you check for software updates? Go to settings> Support > Software Update. Also, if there's no dedicated apps button on the remote, press the home button and navigate to the Smart Hub. You can try reinstalling or updating the Smarthings app.
