Solved: QE50Q80D sound issues. - Samsung Community

I've got a new QE50Q80D and it's been in for repair for a aound issue that remains unresolved.

I can hardly hear the TV and turning it up creates vibration and doesn't improve the volume.

I can turn it up to max volume and it's still quite. I'm sure this is not normal.
