QN90A65 Defective panel ?

I just bought a  refurbishished QN90A65 TV in "mint condition from BestBuy".

There are many darks spots clearly visible in the image.

 Also, sometimes (when I start the TV or after a while), a large portion of the screen starts blinking dark:

I have no way to bring it back easily to the store.. Should the repair be took in charge by Best buy or Samsung ? Can a technician do repairs at home ? (I m in Montreal Canada).

Just got an answer from them. The carrier will get the tv back and I will get a refund.

Too bad. Quality looked awesome for the prize 😄
