Hi, my up button on my remote for my Samsung Frame TV is not working. All other button work fine. I have contacted Samusung and they have send me a new remote.
I the meanwhile, the remote started to work properly again.
several werks later and the same issue has happened. I have tried to use the new remote, but it has the same issue. Everything works appart from the up button.
I am just speculating, but It sounds like that particular remote has a design flaw from the manufacturer. I would contact Samsung once again and discuss your dilemma with them, explaining that this is happening now with both of the remotes. My suggestion would be to consider purchasing a universal remote that functions with Samsung TVs. Hope this helps.
