Hello, I have a question about my tv. I purchased this in December of 2020 and I know it's out of warranty. Apparently, some Owners are having issues with the main board of this tv. mine finally went out and it was diagnosed as the main board, but currently the mainboard for this tv is on factory backorder and is out of stock. and I have been told there is no eta on when this board will be back in stock. The board model is BN94-15483L. I just wanted to know if my only option is to wait for it to be back in stock or does Samsung offer a repair service for this board.
thanks for the replies, the solution to everyone who has this model was to replace the mainboard as a fix. I guess I will have to wait for them to be back in stock. I'm amazed that its factory backordered. I reserved the part through encompass from the Samsung website, while talking to the sales rep they told me there is no eta on when it will be in stock. I did call authroized repair shops and the solution is the same, they cannot fix the tv cause the solution is a mainboard replacement and they are on backorder.
Sorry you're having this issue I don't know of a option to have the Board itself repaired you would need to wait for the part to be back in stock. Unless you can find a repair shop that will do it.
