Samsung TV plus what controls the local channel market?

I am located in the Tampa FL market but I am getting Orlando FL local channels. I texted with Samsung support and they reset the smarthub and the Orlando channels came back. What drives which market is selected for locals? I have searched high and low and cannot find any place to input a zip code for setting up the channels or changing the metro area.

Do you get a screen like this after the reset? Here's how it should be in your case:
• ZIP/Postal Code: 336xx
• Primary Region: Florida (FL)
• Secondary Region: Hillsborough
• Additional Region: Tampa

ABOUT THESE SETTINGS
• Primary Region: State/province
• Secondary Region: County/area
• Additional Region: City within a certain county/area
