Hi looking for some help my solar remote doesn't scroll through alphabet of on search on you give etc or if in search on beyond etc. Tried resetting and battery is fully charged.
If you've already resynced the remote with the TV (Press Return and Play/Pause for 3 seconds) then unplug the TV from power for 30-60 seconds and then plug it back in again and try it.
