Sound volume is inadequate and very inconsistent. Have been through all suggestions and "fixes" here and nothing has improved. Samsung customer service offers zero help or real assistance. I will look else where for my next TV - it won't be Samsung.
QN55QNX1DAFXZA is the problematic TV and the sound issue is present regardless of which output I use. Reset is NO help, sound test passes. AI settings are of no help! TV sound system is simply inadequate. FIX IT!

QLED and The Frame TVs
TV's typically have speakers in the back no matter what brand it is. I have 2.1 speaker system hooked up where I can set the speakers where I want them. Get a sound bar or speaker system you won't regret it.
