QLED and The Frame TVs

Today I had to factory reset my tv for the 3rd time in a month. I understand that a factory reset is the remedy for the audio skipping issues (audio cuts out for a second every 3-4 seconds no matter what output is on) but this is getting really annoying. Does the warranty cover anything like this? I don't want to factory reset my tv 3 times a month.

I would suggest contacting Samsung support and get a service ticket issued so a tech and come out and diagnosis the issue your having and if it's under warranty they will order parts and have it fixed in no time took a week to get mine repaired last year
