QLED and The Frame TVsI have a Samsung QLED TV, model QN85Q70AAFXZA. I've had it for a few years and everything's worked fine. Now, with no other changes, the volume button has stopped working on the remote; I can neither raise nor lower the volume, which I unfortunately set to 10 this morning, so it's lower than I'd prefer if it has to be stuck at something. All other buttons and functions work exactly as normal. There's no feeling of damage to the button, and it doesn't matter if I hold the raise or lower volume button for a while, or if I press more firmly. The TV has all the latest updates, and the self diagnosis says the tv is fine. The remote control is fully charged. The remote control is the one that came with the TV, and the remote control model number appears to be RMCSPA1EP1 - it's the solar-powered version. The sound output still works, and it's the standard TV speaker. Any thoughts?

QLED and The Frame TVsHey @DH23! Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community! Here's a link with a few things that you can try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002214/
One other thing that I would like to have you check to determine if the issue is the remote or the tv itself. Could you download the smartthings app on your mobile device? That will allow you to use the remote in the app and this will determine if the issue is with the remote or the television itself.
If using smartthings works fine as a remote, then the remote itself will need to be replaced. If it doesn't, I would suggest resetting the television and if it still doesn't work after that, service would be the next suggested step.
Please give these tips a try and let us know of they help.

QLED and The Frame TVsHello, userHr1MO17Zqo. Welcome to the Samsung Community! Have you attempted a factory reset on your remote?
To do this simply, press and hold the Return and Enter (center of the navigation pad) buttons for more than 10 seconds.
After the reset, you'll need to pair the remote with the TV again. To do this, Point the remote at the TV's IR sensor. Then, Press and hold the Return and Play/Pause buttons simultaneously for at least 5 seconds, or until a message appears on the TV indicating that the remote is connected. Please, let us know if this helps!

QLED and The Frame TVsI have the same issue with one of two Samsung TVs. The issue has been ongoing for several months now, the volume button not working. On occasion the volume button will randomly start working for a short period of time. I tried the suggested remote reset solution, but it did not work. I've also tried resetting the Smart hub, as suggested online elsewhere, but that does not work. Are there any solutions that actually do get the volume button working again?
