No " art mode " on SmartThings app!

I'm recently buy the frame 55" and connected through smartthings app, but when i click on my The Frame device, it open the remoto only, so no Art mode or others apps appears... 

I tried to connect only with same Wifi (cell data off), i tried to clear cache from smartthings app... i've unninstalled the app... disconnected from my tv... i

 

tried it all and nothing works... the Art mode doesnt appear on the SmartThings app...

I just set up the frame 65, also no art mode button. I tried everything and different phone. No luck.

Leads to nothing. Just admit you have blocked the ability to add your own photos. I also cannot add photos
