Vertical Thick Line

Unfortunately my TV is showing a thick line, which is only visible on white or bright screens, what could be the cause of this problem? I already did a factory reset.

I would suggest unplugging the hdmi cable to see if it goes away. If it does, then the hdmi cable needs to be replaced if the lines stays I would then suggest contacting support to have it diagnosed.

Thanks for the reply, the issue also persist on normal use where the hdmi doesn’t play any role.

Then you would need to have it serviced by a technician
