Weird startup

My Samsung Q80c used to start up instantly to the smart screen….. now the screen is black for like 20 seconds before this happens..

I can use either remote, it still does it! I have no idea

Hello @Gordgord! Thank you for reaching out! Just want to make sure does this occur after unplugging the TV and plugging the TV back up? Also have you changed any settings recently that you are aware off?

What does unplugging the tv do that a full Samsung reset doesn’t do? Just trying to understand

Power cycling the TV will be resetting the TV’s internal hardware and clearing temporary memory or glitches. A factory reset will do the same thing but will also reset the TV to factory settings.
