hi all,
I have called Samsung support for this 4 times ..they are just bouncing me here and there but are not able to solve the issue ..looking for help from community now at this stage..

TV details : 65” Class Q60A QLED 4K Smart TV (2021)
iphone 8 with IOS 14.6 .

issue : airplay not working between the two ....
here are the steps of what is happening:
1. i go to airplay icon on my iphone
2. i see my TV an option to select . i select the tv
3.it asks for a code that my TV displays
4. i enter the code on my phone ...hit ok . it takes the code .
5. then instead of showing my phone contents on TV , it shows me a settings screen and its just stuck there ...please see image below .. this is what i see on TV screen after entering correct code in my phone
my phone and TV are on same wifi ... updates says no new updates for TV so firmware is up to date and its a 2021 model only 2 back i bought it .

QLED and The Frame TVsI understand how frustrating this is. Could you please provide the current firmware version on your television? Are both devices connected to the same Wi Fi band (either 2.4GHz or 5GHz) on the network?
