Help! We have a Samsung QLED QN65 Q6FNAF whose original remote has recently started blinking red and will only work to power the TV on and off. We've tried to re-pair the remote and TV using the instructions on the remote and a solution in another thread on here (holding back button and volume up for 20 seconds). Nothing has worked. A "Not Available" message pops up but that's it. We've changed the batteries twice so it's not that. What else can we do? Is a new remote needed?
