QLED and The FrameI bought Samsung TV 75 inch Qled one year back. It was delivered Jan 6th 2021, directly from Samsung website. Now this TV is not working. When turned ON only shows blue screen which is blinking on and off. Tried to call support and they are not very helpful. They said the warranty has expired and cannot do anything.They gave me their dealers number, tried to call them but they say they have no technician working in my area. What a disappointment? NO SUPPORT FROM DEALESRS NOR THEIR TECHNICAL SUPPORT PEOPLE,
SAMSUNG Being a huge company but when you want any support they don’t have any . They leave their customers stranded when they need any help or support. I would atleast expect something from Samsung.
I have been using Samsung TV 60 inch past 10years no issues. I have all my appliances from Samsung as I never experience any troble, But this one that was bought last year stopped working, didn’t lasted even more than a year.
Now moving forward atleast I know that we cannot rely on this company any more which gives us minimal to jo support when needed.
