Blue line on the bottom of the screen

I'm trying to figure out what the blue line is on the bottom of my phone screen whenever start playing a game on my phone a blue line appears on the bottom is this caused by an app on my phone I don't want to disable it or uninstall it I'm just wondering what app or apps are overlapping on my games like dragon city and Pokémon GO this is appearing on my A13 5G

Okay thanks for the image. Do you have a game launcher you are using? Like the Samsung games or Google Play games you are using

It could be that. Try disabling it and see if the blue line appears

Does it look something like this? If so, it's probably the Game booster app auto adjusting performance.
