In the past to return a product during the 15-day return one simply had to go to the order page and click the return button.

Samsung thought it would be a good idea to now make you engage in a chat with a representative to initiate the return. From what I'm reading you could be waiting for up to 30 minutes to talk to somebody. At which point they will offer you some minimal amount of dollars to get you to try to keep the product.

I feel this is a bad move and I will think twice before purchasing another product from this company.

Many other companies require you to speak to someone to get the return started

The problem is not you, it's those with buyers remorse, they buy something and then want to return it, many companies have changed return policy.

Except the reason they buy it is because they can return it easy if they don't like it. That's why Samsung instituted the return policy that they have. Making it harder to do so is anti-consumer.

Is it Amazon that charges for returns, now.
