I'm on a S23 Ultra running One UI 6.1. On developer options ,when I select "charging only" as default USB configuration, it always change back to debugging only.
Also, when connected to a PC and changed from the notification to "transferring files", when disconnected from the PC, the default USB configuration switches automatically to "transferring files".
