I bought a Smarttag2 a couple of week ago and when I wanna see the location history I get a message saying: a network error or server ocurred try again later! And I can't see the location history of the device, also if I try to active lost mode, I get the same error. I already try resetting the tag and re-adding the device to smartthings app. Anyone that have this issue and a solution for?

Where do you check the location using an app?or browser? Do you have vpn on or anything?

Maybe it's your connection. Or try clearing the cache in the app. Are you using wifi or data to connect or both
