I am both a veteran and a nurse and I am trying to sign up for the military offers program or the first responders program. It keeps taking me to ID.Me, which then sends me back to Samsung as I am verified for both of the above in ID.Me. It gives the error "Unfortunately, we need more information in order to validate your eligibility for the Samsung First Responders Offers Program.
Please click below to sign up and register yourself via ID.me account verification process." (Same for the military one). I have never had an issue before with ID.Me but I even went through the ID.Me site to get to the Samsung site and I am getting the same error. (I signed on to ID.Me, searched for Samsung and then clicked to shop at Samsung that way). I called and can't get through the menu for tech support. Chat has sent me around because they are wanting to help me with a product and not the website, although I have told them I need website support.

Thank you. I am not really trying to place an order. I am trying to get to website support though, because the website does not seem to be working properly. I will try the developers. 🙂

You didn't solve the problem Samsung website verification of ID.me veteran/military discount program is still removing the discount even after verifying the ID.me email that currently works at your competitor's LG website.

I'm getting the same message. My id.me is verified but somehow Samsung is not getting the info.

Same issue here. Customer service was not helpful at all. They want me to make a new account using my government email. I did that, and only got a $50 credit, versus the full first responder discount.

I don't know how to get the issue to the right people. I did do the feedback on the page but I've not heard anything. And customer service don't really understand what's happening and try to punt you to ID.Me even though I screen recorded that it's connecting fine but when it sends you back to Samsung it's like the communication did not happen. Whoever manages the website needs to fix the glitch. It's not an ordering glitch. It's a glitch in the actual website.

We understand! However, the only other options for sending feedback to Samsung is the link on Samsung.com at the very bottom under Support.

Neither the Community admins nor Customer Support has any ability to assist with the website.

Having the same issue trying to apply my MILITARY DISCOUNT via ID.Me

Is there no support or resolution for this issue???    Customer Service failure for Samsung - not what I have come to expect; very disappointed.
