Experiencing issues with typing in second language selected on Samsung keyboard

I'm having trouble I have set up a second language in my Samsung keyboard changed to that language and start typing and it types of English isn't it supposed to type the new language what am I doing wrong thanks

Okay I reset my keyboard reinstall the second language and yes I have switched it over to the new languages and they still types in English is supposed to type in the new language or not or we'll just send it in the new language thanks

I have installed a third languge and turned of predivtive text and it still is only typing in English
